Privacy
What this site stores, who can see it, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- Joining MSA: your name, email, optional class year and email-update preference.
- RSVPs: which events you said you'll attend, with the name and email you enter.
- Questions to the Muslim Chaplain: the message you write, how you'd like it answered, and your name and email only if you choose to include them.
- Board accounts: board members and the chaplain sign in to update the site.
Who can see it
- MSA board members who maintain the site can see the member list and RSVP lists to organize events.
- Only the Muslim Chaplain can read messages sent through the Ask the Chaplain form. Student board members cannot.
- The chaplain receives an email when a question arrives; the question itself is not included in the email.
What we don't do
- No advertising, tracking pixels or analytics cookies.
- We never sell or share your information.
- Our only cookies keep board members signed in, or remember an RSVP you made so you can cancel it.
- The MSA calendar is read from Google Calendar; if a Google Form is ever shown on this site, Google handles it under Google's privacy policy.
Removing your data
Cancel an RSVP from the event page, or ask MSA to remove your details.
